• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
• Maintain secure configurations per Army and DoD standards.
• Support NIPRNet, SIPRNet, DoDIN, and mission-critical systems.
• Document networks and SOPs; coordinate incident response with cybersecurity personnel.

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Lead to oversee network operations supporting the U.S. Army Transportation Command’s global IT environment. This position will lead the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network services, including routers, switches, firewalls, and associated communications infrastructure. The Network Infrastructure Lead will coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to maintain secure, reliable, and mission-ready network connectivity across supported locations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily network infrastructure operations across supported locations
• Managing enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, and network services
• Monitoring network availability, performance, capacity, and security
• Troubleshooting network outages, connectivity issues, and performance degradation
• Coordinating network maintenance, upgrades, configuration changes, and technology refreshes
• Maintaining secure network configurations in accordance with Army and DoD standards
• Supporting NIPRNet, SIPRNet, DoDIN, and mission-critical communications systems
• Managing network documentation, diagrams, configurations, inventories, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinating incident response and vulnerability remediation with cybersecurity personnel
• Supporting continuity of operations, base closures, heightened operations, and contingency requirements
• Leading network personnel and coordinating activities with system administrators, application teams, and help-desk staff
• Reporting network status, outages, risks, performance trends, and recommended corrective actions to Government stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience providing technical support, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, or related IT services, preferably within a DoD environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Security+, GSEC, GFACT, CND
