Job summary
Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer II in Montgomery, AL to administer, secure, and improve our plant network. You'll manage Cisco Wireless, Routing/Switching, ISE, NAC, and load balancers that support OA and MES, ensuring reliable operations and strong cybersecurity controls.
In this on-site role, you will monitor performance, resolve incidents, document configurations, and lead infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IT, or related technical field.
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong Cisco networking expertise: Routing, Switching, WLC, and IOS.
- CCNP Routing and Switching or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, security, VPNs.
- Ability to document configurations and follow change management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure for high availability.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and utilization; implement improvements.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for OA and MES environments.
- Administer network security policies and access controls.
- Lead and support network expansion projects and upgrades.
- Collaborate with vendors and teams to design optimized solutions.
- Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
