Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer to oversee enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco Wireless, Routing and Switching, VoIP, ISE, NAC, and load balancers. You’ll ensure high availability, security, and scalable performance in OA and MES environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience, CCNP or equivalent, and strong Cisco expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IT or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure
• Strong expertise with Cisco Routing, Switching, Wireless LAN Controllers, and Cisco IOS
• CCNP Routing and Switching certification or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and security issues
• Experience configuring and supporting network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, access control, authentication)

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and utilization; identify issues and implement improvements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for network-related incidents affecting OA and MES environments.
• Administer and enforce network security policies, access control, and authentication systems.
• Lead and support network infrastructure expansion projects and technology deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design and optimize network solutions.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
