MD Health Benefit Exchange seeks a Computer Network Specialist Supervisor to lead network infrastructure management for the state's health insurance marketplace.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership over Active Directory, hybrid cloud networks (AWS), and on-premises Juniper and Fortinet hardware while ensuring security, high availability, and regulatory compliance for Medicaid and health plan systems.

Competenze

• Four years and six months of experience in network administration with 3+ years in LAN/WAN planning.
• Experience designing or managing AWS cloud networking (VPCs, Transit Gateways, Direct Connect).
• Leadership in enterprise AD, ADFS, DNS and identity management.
• Experience with Zscaler Zero Trust, Juniper and Fortinet security devices.
• Supervisory or lead experience coordinating staff and contractors.
• Knowledge of IT change, patch, and infrastructure lifecycle processes.

• Provide hands-on oversight of AD, AWS network architecture, and on‑prem devices.
