Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We’re looking for an AMI Network Administrator to support and maintain a large Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) network. This role focuses on keeping AMI routers, gateways, and meter nodes communicating reliably and efficiently. Ideal for someone with experience in AMI, RF communications, utilities, telecom field networking, or IoT device networks.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain AMI network devices (routers, gateways, endpoints)
• Troubleshoot communication failures, RF issues, and device outages
• Perform meter firmware deployments and validate successful upgrades

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Background in AMI, RF, telecom, field networking, IoT, or utility operations

Preferred

• Experience with AMI systems (any vendor)
• Utility industry experience (electric/water/gas)
