About the Role

Insight Global is looking for a Network Administrator to join a leading healthcare organization, supporting daily network operations at the Baldwin Park site. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Report onsite daily and receive work tickets through ServiceNow.
• Manage and resolve 5+ tickets per day (20–30 per month), including:
• Troubleshooting phone and network connection issues.
• Handling network switches, patching, and cross-connects.
• Perform hands‑on operational tasks to maintain and improve network reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely ticket resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling network switches, patching, and cross‑connects.
• Experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Candidates who value structure and clear communication are a strong fit.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA are a plus.
