Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments with multiple locations and mission-critical systems.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and technical direction for the Network Engineering team.
• Develops network strategies, roadmaps, and engineering standards.
• Balances stability with innovation by evaluating new technologies.
• Partners with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Applications teams.
• Ensures designs support high availability, DR, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees performance, service availability, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Drives incident response, post-incident analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Manages change control to minimize risk and disruption.
• Coordinates resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Reports status, risks, and exec-level updates.
• Sets performance expectations and supports recruitment and development.
