Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Network L3 Engineer to lead design, implementation, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting of large‑scale enterprise networks. You will act as the final escalation point and provide architectural guidance for LAN, WAN, data center, SD‑WAN, and wireless infrastructures.

You will specialize in Cisco enterprise networking, SD‑WAN, routing, switching, and Cisco ACI, supporting voice, video, and data traffic in converged environments.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
Senior technical role overseeing design, implementation, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting of complex networks.
Expertise in Cisco enterprise networking including SD‑WAN, routing, switching, and Cisco ACI.

Responsibilities

Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex network incidents.
Perform deep technical troubleshooting and RCA analysis.
Design, review, and optimize campus, data center, WAN, and wireless architectures.
Lead architecture and deployment of Cisco wired and wireless networks.
Define standards for scalability, resiliency, and security.
Lead network change planning and deployment activities.
Monitor and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD‑WAN environments.
