Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Consult with users and evaluate requirements; plan and coordinate network installations.
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks.
  • Plan, test, and implement network hardware and software.
  • Provide network documentation, training, and guidance to users.
  • Serve as technical specialist for network problems and emergencies.
  • Troubleshoot production network issues and perform routine maintenance.
  • Conduct research on upgrades and components for feasibility and cost.
  • Recommend network solutions for short-, medium-, and long-range projects.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network components and security.
  • Establish user profiles, environments, and access for networks.
