Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS with 4 years of related experience, or
• Associate degree in CS with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Backs up network data and documents network support activities.
• Configures security settings and access permissions.
• Analyzes network security breaches and reports findings.
• Installs and configures WAN/LAN routers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoots network connectivity for users and groups.
• Provides telephone support related to networking issues.
• Monitors network performance for availability and speed, including disaster recovery considerations.
• Performs routine maintenance and testing of networking components.
