EquipmentShare, based in Columbia, MO, is hiring a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our corporate network. You will manage IP/VLAN configurations, routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP systems, while crafting automation scripts to improve reliability.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in networking, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, and experience with Cisco Meraki. On-site role with opportunities for growth and professional development at EquipmentShare.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware and networking components.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki devices and VPNs is a plus.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent security certs are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across LAN/WAN.
• Configure IP/VLANs and device configurations.
• Create automation scripts to speed delivery and reduce outages.
• Perform upgrades/migrations during maintenance windows.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
• Support branch network deployments and security improvements.
