Job summary

Terabase Energy seeks a hands-on Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate our global network infrastructure, connecting projects, users, and cloud environments. You will own health, performance, and security across on-prem and cloud networks.

You’ll lead capacity planning, configure firewalls and VPNs, automate provisioning with scripting and IaC, and mentor junior engineers while partnering with security, cloud, and IT support teams.

• Experience designing enterprise LAN/WAN
• Experience managing cloud networking across AWS/Azure
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation
• Automation of network provisioning and IaC
• Mentoring junior engineers
• Collaborating with security, cloud and IT teams

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise and campus LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Architect and manage cloud networking across AWS/Azure—VPCs/VNets, subnets, routing, VPNs.
• Lead network capacity planning and high availability design.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, access controls.
• Monitor network health with observability tools and resolve connectivity issues.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management with scripting/IaC.
• Maintain network diagrams, runbooks, and standards.
• Respond to incidents, including on-call rotation.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide network design decisions.
• Partner with security, cloud and IT support teams.
