Job Title: Network Engineer 1

Location: Columbia, MD

Job Description: Performs network engineering services to enable all aspects of network management, including design, implementation, maintenance, sustainment, and troubleshooting of complex internetwork issues.

Key Responsibilities: Designs, documents, configures, and troubleshoots network architectures such as VLANs, OSPF, Core, Distribution, and Access layers; manages connectivity to data centers and end users; supports VOIP, QOS, multicast, VPNs, firewalls, and Ethernet; uses network management tools for analysis and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance REQUIRED
• Eight (8) years of experience in similar scope programs
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Certifications such as IAT Level II (SEC+ CE, GSEC, CISSP, etc.) and CCNP or higher are REQUIRED

Experience with network device installation and configuration (firewalls, switches, routers) is a plus.
