VBeyond Corporation seeks an experienced networking specialist to implement and support Cisco ACI, manage Palo Alto firewalls, and optimize enterprise wireless deployments. The role demands strong hands-on troubleshooting, real-time packet capture, and collaboration across security, DC, and WAN domains.

You will drive high-priority incident resolution and coordiante with multiple teams to deliver robust network solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Expert in implementing and supporting Cisco ACI policy model, contracts, EPGs, and fabric troubleshooting.
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including security policies, NAT, and routing.
• Manage enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent) with RF optimization and high-density deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Perform real-time packet capture (Wireshark) during live P1 calls to diagnose issues.
• Oversee network equipment upgrades and ensure timely resolution of tickets in high-pressure environments.

Required Technical Skills

• - Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• - Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:
• o Security policies, NAT, routing
• o VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access)
• o Panorama management and threat prevention profiles
• - Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
• - Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• - Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
• - Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• - Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)
• - Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity
• - Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT
• - Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA
• - Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high-pressure factory environments
• - Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
• - Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• - Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
• - Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high-pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
• - Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues.
• - Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
• - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
• - Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• - Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
