Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 operations engineering expertise to large, complex enterprise LAN and WAN clients in predominantly Cisco networking environments.
In-depth Routing Protocols experience and operational knowledge: EIGRP, OSPF & BGP. Strong understanding and knowledge of SDWAN, F5 LTM/GTM, VMWare Avi, Azure & AWS Cloud and Aviatrix.
Hands on experience in Fortinet & PA Firewalls, HA & Virtual Contexts.
Design and deployment-Architect and deploy enterprise – scale firewall solutions using Fortinet and palo alto platforms Policy Management in FortiGate and palo alto firewalls.
Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting, Packet capture, Monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
Analyze the Network performance and prepare plan for improvements.
Review scripting, planning and execution of network Change Management process Investigate network issues / incidents and bring to resolution within stated SLA parameters.
Working with Incident, Problem, and Change Management Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to operations team and customers upon request.
