Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Document Analyst with Top Secret clearance to develop and sustain network diagrams, create and maintain engineering/change documents, and ensure compliance with federal standards. The role involves coordinating with network engineers and site leads to reflect current configurations and post-change updates.

You will author SOPs, BRDs, and recurring reports while maintaining strict document control, versioning, and audit readiness across IT

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in document control, technical editing, or administrative support in IT environments.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining Visio diagrams, SOPs, BRDs, and configuration baselines.
• Strong understanding of version control, technical writing standards, and federal documentation requirements.
• Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) for document management.
• Excellent organizational and proofreading skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent document updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain up-to-date technical diagrams using Visio or approved tools.
• Draft and update ECPs, BRDs, and configuration documentation for network changes, ensuring DISA formatting standards.
• Track revisions of network docs using a centralized document management system with version control.
• Review technical documents for accuracy and ensure outputs meet government format and classification requirements.
• Collaborate with Network Engineers to reflect current configurations and coordinate updates after AMC events or system changes.
• Author and revise SOPs, work instructions, and recurring reports to ensure compliant, consistent processes.
