Job summary

The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board is seeking a Network Tech to support the development and maintenance of network servers and provide technical support for end-users. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in network maintenance, including troubleshooting and managing Windows servers and software.

This role involves a mix of on-site and remote work, participating in technical projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office.
• Experience with backup/restore solutions.
• Certifications: Checkpoint and/or Cisco certification, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
