Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to install, configure, develop, and integrate prototype applications for technical evaluation. You will support a lab environment and assist federal customers in experiments, operating under strict security requirements.

US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with polygraph are required. Strong Linux, systems admin, and security practices are essential for success in this role.

The engineer will be supporting a lab environment providing support for customers developing and testing experiments.Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Must have an IAT-I certification, such as Security + CE.
• Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Linux experience
• Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management.
• Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure.
• Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage.
• Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C

Desired Technical Skills

• Experience deploying and maintaining nginx
• Familiarity with Docker and RedHat Satellite
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) products like Terraform, SALT and Ansible as well as system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with SELinux and FIPS
