You will own Evolv's network and security posture—from firewalls and identity governance to threat detection—reporting to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Technology in a hybrid role based at our Waltham, MA headquarters. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure: firewalls (Palo Alto), switching (Cisco/Meraki), NAC, VPN/ZTNA.
• Administer identity and access: Okta/Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle management, IGA.
• Own security tooling and controls: SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability management aligned to CIS/NIST.
• Manage the MDR relationship and respond to escalated detections.
• Drive IT process and policy redesign to meet current compliance requirements with Legal/Compliance.
• Harden AWS/Azure environments: IAM least-privilege, VPC security, Azure Policy.
• Provide front-line escalation support and create/runbooks for IT teammates.
• Assess technology and network risk and recommend remediations.
