Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Medicaid and claims.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Available to work standard business hours CST Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs for the network operations area.
• Applies knowledge to enhance organizational growth and visibility.
• Implements review, design, loading, and auditing of complex contracts and fee schedules.
• Conducts routine research, analysis, and audits to protect data and contract integrity.
• Provides technical expertise for contracting questions and related systems.
• Coordinates complex contracting activities and post-signature review of contracts.
• Coaches junior colleagues in techniques and processes.
• Performs other duties as needed.
