Job summary

You will review, design, and audit complex contracts and fee schedules, support negotiations, and mentor junior colleagues as part of a cross-functional team focused on network optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims.
• Proficient in navigating Excel and SQL within internal systems.
• Ability to work standard business hours CST.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing results-based programs for the network operations area.
• Provide feedback on decisions and strategies to enhance growth and visibility.
• Audit and design complex contracts, amendments and fee schedules in systems.
• Conduct routine research and audits to protect data and contract integrity.
• Offer technical expertise on contracting and related systems.
• Coordinate contracting activities, reviews, and post-signature changes.
