Responsibilities

• Provide advice and challenge on compliance risks affecting network and merchant businesses.
• Develop expert understanding of network and merchant processes.
• Analyze processes and apply laws/regulations per Capital One inventory.
• Identify trends in data and assess network payments compliance risks.
• Maintain expertise in payments industry and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with risk functions to align framework and educate leaders.
• Ensure compliance in new products and business expansions.
• Build relationships with Business Risk, Legal and Audit teams.
