Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer specializing in network automation and NetDevOps to design, build, and establish a new CI/CD automation product for enterprise network infrastructure.

The role focuses on automating Day 0/Day 1 provisioning and Day 2 changes across a multi-vendor environment using GitLab, Ansible, NetBox, Terraform, and related tools. In-office, on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Builds and designs enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems across environments.
• Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex technical issues impacting performance.
• Supports compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance.
• Deploys infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures for consistency.
• Proactively contributes to technical innovation efforts.
• Works with project teams to support infrastructure deliverables and solutions.
• Suggests enhancements to improve effectiveness of area.
