Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Senior Network Automation and Tool Integration Engineer to design and deliver secure, end-to-end automation across enterprise network, observability, ITSM, and DevOps platforms.

This role connects Python and Ansible automation with GitLab Duo, Ansible Automation Platform, Cisco SD-WAN, Splunk Cloud, ServiceNow, and other tools, developing reusable services and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements enterprise infrastructure technology platforms across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.
• Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure.
• Manages infrastructure engineering projects and processes aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve infrastructure standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Provides technical guidance to lower-level technical professionals.
