Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to own enterprise automation and configuration compliance using OpenText Network Automation. You will manage server infrastructure, apply upgrades, and ensure security and reliability in a regulated banking environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, documentation, and business continuity planning. The position is based at a U.S. Bank location with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 10% shift premium for off-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, or automation.
• Experience with enterprise network automation and OpenText Network Automation.
• Knowledge of platform administration and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Administer OpenText Network Automation, its server infrastructure and related platforms.
• Plan, test, coordinate, and execute configuration changes and software upgrades for routers and switches.
• Develop and execute platform and server lifecycle roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux/Windows servers, databases, and automation platforms.
• Create implementation procedures, rollback plans, and change documentation.
• Maintain documentation, recovery procedures, and compliance-related records.
