Gcore is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to design and implement automated solutions that improve reliability and scalability of our global infrastructure. The role emphasizes automation, DevOps practices, and software development alongside solid networking knowledge.

You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams to integrate automation into deployment pipelines, support Linux-based environments and containerized services, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience writing software for network management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with automation in deployment pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Linux-based environments and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain software to solve complex network management tasks.
• Collaborate with multiple Engineering teams to add network automation to deployment pipelines.
• Drive automation across software development, release, and operations.
• Stay current with network automation trends and apply them to improve efficiency.
• Support Linux-based environments and containerized services (NMS, telemetry, flowspec and routing controllers, syslog, tacacs, netflow).
