Qualifications

• Three years of network operations experience, including LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting.
• Associate’s degree or higher in CS/IT/telecom and one year of network operations experience.
• Credit for experience is based on a 40-hour workweek; overtime does not count toward additional credit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support by managing and resolving service tickets.
• Install, maintain, and replace switches, routers, servers, UPS systems, and access points.
• Partner with staff and vendors on site walks to scope and plan networking projects.
• Administer platforms including digital signage, SolarWinds, and ThousandEyes.
• Diagnose wireless, VPN connectivity, and other network issues for end users.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology initiatives.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records and lifecycle activities.
• Perform scheduled after-hours maintenance to minimize disruptions.
