Qualifications

• Configuration and support of core network services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching.
• Ability to monitor performance, logs, alerts, and capacity to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and act as escalation point for Technology Support Technicians.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors for troubleshooting and project work.
• Participate in disaster recovery, incident response, and cybersecurity initiatives.
