Job summary

Orangeburg County Schools is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain Windows Server environments and enterprise applications within the district. The role covers managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy, plus identity synchronization and authentication services.

The candidate will administer Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, and security compliance.

Qualifications

Experience administering Windows Server environments and enterprise apps.
Experience managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, and GPOs.
Knowledge of Intune device enrollment and configuration profiles.
Familiarity with identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and least privilege.
Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers and enterprise applications.
Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, GPOs, identity synchronization, and authentication services.
Administer Intune: device enrollment, config profiles, app deployment, compliance policies, endpoint security.
Support SSO, MFA, RBAC, and least privilege.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity issues.
Manage virtualization platforms, storage, backups, replication, and DR readiness.
Deploy patches and security fixes following best practices.
