Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Network Administrator to lead the operation of the network and support 24/7 operations in an in-person role. You will manage and secure IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, enabling reliable access to agency resources.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in IT or equivalent, experience with Microsoft 365, SSO, MFA, Meraki, Barracuda, VOIP, and PowerShell.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra) and SSO/MFA.
• Familiarity with Meraki, Barracuda email protection, VOIP, and security patching.
• Background checks and driving requirement may apply.

• Manage, maintain, and secure IT infrastructure to ensure reliable operations.
• Oversee network systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement identity and access management, data/application management, endpoint management, DNS and DHCP.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for availability, security, and compliance.
