Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Network Administrator II (Shift 3-B) in Springfield, VA. The role provides Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT networks, including transitions to cloud environments and migrations of services.

You will work on LAN/WAN, guide junior staff, and support 24x7 operations with on-site and extended hours. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD IAT II are required, along with a technical degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Network Administrator.
• DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M, IAT Level II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support escalation and communication of status to management and customers.
• Dispatch system and hardware problem resolution and ongoing troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network components and operating systems to improve reliability.
• Support migrations to cloud environments and transition of services.
• Guide lower-level technicians and work on integrated teams.
• Provide 24x7 service support for LAN/WAN on-site and extended hours.
