Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator II to support day-to-day IT network operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for complex LAN/WAN environments in Springfield, VA. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and hands-on experience with current network technologies.

You will join a team delivering Tier 2/3 support, contribute to transition planning, and help ensure service continuity while partnering with security and engineering groups to accelerate delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Network Administrator.
• DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M, IAT Level II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and resolution process.
• Troubleshoot, maintain network components and implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Support migration to Cloud environments and transition of services between environments.
• Provide guidance to lower-level technicians and work on integrated teams.
