Job summary

Skagit Valley Casino Resort in Washington is seeking a Network Administrator to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network. You will plan, install, configure, maintain and optimize network hardware and software, and support users by diagnosing and resolving problems promptly.

This on-site role requires a degree in computer science and several years of hands-on experience with network protocols and hardware.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science and/or five years' equivalent work experience.
• Must have technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
• Must have working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize all network hardware and software.
• Support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Provide end-user training where required.

Our Network Administrator will ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. They will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.
