Job summary

Consolidated Supply Co. seeks a Network Administrator to sustain and optimize our enterprise network across headquarters, distribution centers, and branch locations.

You will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot to ensure secure, reliable connectivity supporting WMS, automation, and enterprise apps. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong LAN/WAN and security skills, and is proficient in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Networking or related field.
• 3–5 years of enterprise network experience.
• Strong LAN/WAN knowledge, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing (OSPF, BGP).
• Hands-on with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Experience with firewall administration, VPNs, ACLs, and security best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell or Python, Ansible or similar.
• Familiarity with hybrid/cloud networking including Microsoft Azure.
• Certs preferred (CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience supporting multi-site orgs, DCs, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise networking across headquarters, DCs, and branches.
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, and config changes.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and identify root causes.
• Support automated DC initiatives by maintaining network for WMS and automation.
• Implement firewall policies, VPNs, and PCI-compliant security controls.
• Monitor performance, bandwidth, latency, and API integrations for optimization.
• Maintain network docs, topologies, configurations, and SOPs.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Assist with deployments, capacity planning, and technology projects.
