Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support performance, reliability, and security of our network across offices nationwide. You will troubleshoot enterprise networks, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure, partnering with Technology Services to resolve complex issues.

The role requires hands-on expertise, independent work style, and strong collaboration with Systems Administration, Security, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise switches and firewalls.
• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto or similar platforms.
• Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise switches, firewalls, routers, wireless APs, and related network infrastructure.
• Administer firewall configurations, policies, access controls, firmware updates, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot internet circuits across multiple offices.
• Configure and support VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and other core networking tech.
• Monitor wireless infrastructure and optimize connectivity, performance, and coverage.
• Maintain network configurations and standards across distributed offices.
• Support VMware and other virtual networking environments as needed.
• Monitor health, availability, capacity, and performance using monitoring tools.
• Travel to Atwell offices for implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
