We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Network Systems Administrator (ENSA) to help design, maintain, and secure enterprise-wide network infrastructure. This role works under the direction of a Principal Network Systems Administrator (PNSA) and plays a critical role in aligning network operations with business goals.

What You’ll Do

As an ENSA, you’ll be responsible for the health, security, and performance of enterprise networks, including:

  • Managing and maintaining enterprise computer systems and network infrastructure
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Supporting and enhancing cybersecurity measures
  • Monitoring network performance and resolving issues proactively
  • Maintaining systems including VPNs, routers, mainframes, and physical network hardware
  • Updating virus protection and security tools to safeguard data and communications
  • Collaborating with IT teams and business users to identify system needs and resolve issues
  • Supporting end users, including training and documentation where needed
  • Creating user guides and instruction manuals for network usage
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
  • 5+ years of broad experience with networking services and protocols
  • 3+ years (within the last 4 years) as a Network Systems Administrator or similar role
  • 2+ years (within the last 4 years) in a security monitoring role
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • (Equivalent experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis)
