SMS Data Products Group, Inc. is hiring a Network Administrator, Mid to support our BIM contract at McConnell AFB in Kansas.

This role provides Network Operations Center (NOC) support from forward-deployed locations, ensuring continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management capabilities. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in IT or related field, have at least five years in NOC or network administration, and possess CCNA and Security+ certifications with DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, network engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Network Operations Center or Network Administration experience.
• CCNA certification required.
• DoD Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as backup NOC operations capability providing redundancy for centralized NOC functions.
• Monitors assigned network infrastructure and systems from remote locations.
• Coordinates with primary NOC personnel ensuring seamless handoff of monitoring and management.
• Performs network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently.
• Maintains proficiency with all NOC tools, processes, and procedures.
• Supports distributed operations model enabling resilient network management during crisis or disaster.

Required Qualifications

• Possesses Bachelor's degree in information technology, network engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Network Operations Center or Network Administration experience
• Cisco CCNA requred
