Qualifications

• Five or more years of direct work experience providing workstation, server, or network support.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and server provisioning.
• Ability to document configurations and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Performs system administration and provisioning; manages access control and role assignments.
• Administers Active Directory and creates/manages user accounts and computer objects.
• Maintains technical documentation and network topology diagrams.
• Performs backups, SAN provisioning and storage management; monitors data integrity.
• Designs and optimizes network devices and configurations for performance and security.
• Responds to security incidents and maintains security documentation.
• Provides high-level customer service and tracks service desk tickets to resolution.
