About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to lead the continued development and optimization of its NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with functional ERP knowledge to solve complex business challenges and build scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SuiteScript 2.x, NetSuite OneWorld, and high-volume e-commerce integrations, including platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace. The role involves improving ERP processes, supporting global operations, and integrating e-commerce channels into a centralized ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Development & Administration

• Lead NetSuite implementation transitions, stabilization, ongoing support, release management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
• Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues by identifying whether the root cause involves technical defects, business processes, data quality, or user training.
• Own end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and B2C platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace, along with supporting middleware.
• Design scalable omnichannel order-flow architecture with accurate subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, currency handling, and tax treatment.
• Support integrations that enable reliable data exchange across e-commerce, finance, inventory, and operational systems.

Business Process Optimization

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to improve business processes.
• Support purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, receiving, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and financial controls.
• Lead UAT, release planning, documentation, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, enhancement requests, and ongoing system support.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and maintain system reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience working with NetSuite in a live production environment.
• Advanced development experience with SuiteScript 2.x.
• Proven experience integrating Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar B2C e-commerce platforms with NetSuite.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including:
  • Multi-subsidiary environments.
  • Intercompany transactions.
  • Consolidated financial reporting.
  • Currency and tax management.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, accounts payable/receivable, receiving, reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience leading UAT, release management, documentation, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
