Job summary

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. in Southern California is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to lead implementation, transition, and post-go-live stabilization across the ERP landscape.

You will develop, customize, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, design integrations with Shopify and major marketplaces, and manage end-to-end order, inventory, and financial processes while collaborating with stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration and ERP experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience in production environments.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, or Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld including multi-subsidiary operations and currency management.
• Experience with financial and supply chain processes (purchasing, inventory, AP/AR).
• REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (Celigo, Boomi).
• Experience leading UAT, releases, and post-go-live stabilization.

Job description

• Lead NetSuite implementation, transition, post-go-live stabilization, production support, and system optimization.
• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using SuiteScript 2.x, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
• Design, implement, and support NetSuite integrations with Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Manage end-to-end order flows, including order synchronization, inventory updates, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, and tax calculations.
• Configure and support NetSuite OneWorld, including multiple subsidiaries, intercompany transactions, multi-currency operations, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Optimize workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
• Support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, receiving, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, defect resolution, change control, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, access controls, financial controls, and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite in a production environment.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, or Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-subsidiary structures, intercompany transactions, currency management, tax configuration, and consolidated reporting.
• Experience with financial and supply chain processes, including purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, receiving, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar middleware.
• Experience leading UAT, release management, implementation activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, high-volume e-commerce, or complex supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of three-way matching, SOX controls, audit requirements, and item master governance.
• Experience with WMS, RF-SMART, MES, QMS, EDI, or Source-to-Pay solutions.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations involving payment providers, tax platforms, and third-party logistics systems.
• Experience managing external implementation partners, vendors, and multi-team delivery initiatives.
