Job summary

SRX is seeking a NetSuite Systems Manager to own and evolve our NetSuite platform for a growing furniture retailer. This hands-on role sits at the centre of ecommerce, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

You will own day-to-day administration and roadmap for NetSuite, optimize ecommerce order flows, and collaborate with supply chain and merchandising on inventory, purchasing, demand planning, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Solid NetSuite administration experience, ideally in retail, wholesale, or distribution.
• Familiarity with ecommerce operations and omnichannel order management.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory processes.
• Hands-on experience with Celigo or comparable integration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, configuration, and roadmap for the business.
• Support and optimise ecommerce order flows, from web checkout through to fulfilment.
• Work closely with supply chain and merchandising teams on inventory, purchasing, demand planning, and vendor management.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite, the WMS, ecommerce platform, and third-party logistics partners.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Celigo (or similar iPaaS) integration flows.
• Manage enhancements, testing, releases, and user training; act as escalation point for system issues.
• Partner with external consultants and developers on larger projects.

Furniture, home goods, or big-and-bulky retail experience is an advantage.
