Job summary

Owlet is seeking a part-time contract specialist to navigate NetSuite for supply planning and purchasing tasks. The role supports the Supply Planning Manager during a process automation initiative, providing execution bandwidth for planning activities and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, familiarity with NetSuite's planning modules, and can work independently with 3–4 hours of overlap with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on NetSuite navigation experience.
• Experience with NetSuite's supply chain and/or planning modules.
• Ability to work independently after training on Owlet's processes.
• Reliable daily availability with overlapping US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Supply Planning execution: monitor reorder points and safety stock.
• Purchase Order & Vendor management: create and track POs, follow up with suppliers.
• Item & Data Maintenance: manage item records, lead times, vendor data, outbound transactions.
• Reporting & Issue Escalation: pull saved searches and flag discrepancies for resolution.
