Job summary

On-Demand Group in Woodbury, MN is seeking a hands-on NetSuite/ERP procurement operations specialist for a contract, hybrid role supporting day-to-day ERP workflows across procurement, accounting/AP, vendors, and inventory.

You will own NetSuite operational support for POs, invoicing, payments, and vendor issues; help optimize processes to reduce recurring support; assist with item setup and warehouse workflows; partner with business teams to improve workflows and user training.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of ERP support experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong procurement and AP process knowledge plus vendor coordination.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize quickly with cross‑functional teams.
• Bonus: NetSuite migration/implementation support and ERP integrations exposure.

IT Procurement Ops Specialist (NetSuite) — Contract | Hybrid (Woodbury, MN)

We’re hiring a hands‑on NetSuite / ERP procurement operations specialist to help stabilize and optimize a recently implemented NetSuite environment. This is a contract role supporting day‑to‑day ERP operations across Procurement, Accounting/AP, vendors, inventory/warehouse, and end users.

What you’ll do

• Own NetSuite operational support for procurement/AP workflows (POs, invoicing, payments, vendor issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues quickly while improving processes to reduce recurring support volume
• Support item setup and inventory/warehouse‑related workflows (assemblies/kits/components a plus)
• Partner with business teams to improve workflows, documentation, and user training

What we’re looking for

• 2–5+ years supporting an ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of procurement + AP processes and vendor coordination
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast prioritization, and cross‑functional communication
• Bonus: NetSuite migration/implementation support, ERP integrations exposure (e.g., LogicBroker/EDI)

The projected hourly range for this position is $70.00 to $80.00 an hour
