Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect for a 6-month contract focused on NetSuite leadership and consultancy management. You will own relationships with the external NetSuite consultancy, challenge solutions, and shape the NetSuite roadmap across brands.

The role requires deep NetSuite consultancy or technical consulting experience, hands-on SuiteScript, integrations, APIs, workflows and a pragmatic, business-minded approach to delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in NetSuite consultancy or technical consulting.
• Experience managing external consultancies or implementation partners.
• Hands-on knowledge of SuiteScript, integrations, APIs, workflows and customizations.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to assess solutions from both a technical and business perspective.
• Strong stakeholder and consultancy management skills.
• Comfortable operating strategically while still getting into the technical detail when required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the relationship with the external NetSuite consultancy.
• Challenge technical solutions, delivery approach, timelines and commercial value.
• Act as the senior technical authority across multiple NetSuite environments and brands.
• Design and oversee scalable NetSuite solutions, integrations and customizations.
• Get hands-on with NetSuite where required, including troubleshooting and technical delivery.
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Help shape the wider NetSuite roadmap and determine where internal vs. consultancy support is required.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities across the wider NetSuite estate.
