Job summary

Lighthouse Search Advisors LLC is partnering with a growing organization to hire a NetSuite Solutions Architect. This hands-on techno-functional role owns the architecture and optimization of a complex NetSuite environment while getting into the weeds technically.

The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite knowledge with the ability to develop SuiteScript solutions, own integrations, work with BI tools, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience in senior technical or architect roles.
• Advanced SuiteScript development experience and ability to build from scratch.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, integrations, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical and functional owner of the NetSuite environment, driving architecture and scalability.
• Design and develop custom SuiteScript solutions from scratch, including scripts and workflows.
• Evaluate existing customizations and integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose scalable solutions.
• Architect and support REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Own design and execution across SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and reporting.
• Work with BI/data platforms like Snowflake to improve data access and insights.
• Support data architecture, data flows, and reporting between NetSuite and other systems.
• Establish development standards, documentation, testing, release governance, and manage outside partners.

Lighthouse Search Advisors is partnering with a growing organization looking to add a NetSuite Solutions Architect to its team. This is a highly hands-on techno-functional role for someone who can own the architecture and optimization of a complex NetSuite environment while still getting into the weeds technically.

The ideal candidate will combine strong functional NetSuite knowledge with the ability to develop SuiteScript solutions from scratch, own integrations, work with modern data/BI tools, and partner directly with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical and functional owner of the NetSuite environment, driving architecture, optimization, and scalability
• Design and develop custom SuiteScript solutions from scratch, including scripts, workflows, automation, and customizations
• Evaluate existing customizations and integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend scalable solutions
• Architect and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical NetSuite solutions
• Own technical design and execution across SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, dashboards, and reporting
• Work with BI and data platforms such as Snowflake and related reporting/analytics tools to improve access to business data and insights
• Support data architecture, integrations, data flows, and reporting between NetSuite and the broader technology ecosystem
• Establish development standards, documentation, testing, release management, and system governance
• Manage outside NetSuite partners and developers as needed while remaining capable of handling development internally

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience, ideally in a senior technical, techno-functional, or Solutions Architect capacity
• Advanced SuiteScript development experience with the ability to build solutions from scratch
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, customization, workflows, integrations, and data structures
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture
• Experience with BI, data warehousing, and analytics platforms; Snowflake experience strongly preferred
• Experience integrating NetSuite with eCommerce, WMS, CRM, financial, or other enterprise applications
• Strong functional understanding of core business processes across Finance and Operations
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on technically
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering directly with business and executive stakeholders

Preferred:

• NetSuite certifications
• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms
• Retail, eCommerce, inventory, or supply chain experience
• Experience with multi-subsidiary and/or complex high-volume NetSuite environments
• Experience leading major NetSuite optimization, transformation, or re-architecture initiatives

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants ownership of a NetSuite environment rather than a role focused solely on administration or project management. The right person will have significant influence over the future-state architecture and will be expected to both design solutions and build them.
