Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and post-implementation optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting and stabilizing NetSuite environments.
- Knowledge of NetSuite workflows, automation, and process improvement.
- Experience improving invoicing and financial workflows.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with connected systems.
- Excellent communication with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current NetSuite environment and identify improvement areas.
- Support post-implementation optimization and stabilization.
- Identify manual processes and implement automation opportunities.
- Improve and streamline sales commission calculations.
- Automate invoicing workflows and related processes.
- Coordinate across systems and integrations to improve data flow.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical NetSuite issues.
- Review configurations and propose scalable enhancements.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to NetSuite solutions.
- Support ERP optimization initiatives beyond NetSuite.
