Job summary

Exponential Power in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager and field technicians by coordinating daily operations, quoting, inventory, invoicing, and customer communications. This role requires strong MS Office skills and experience with NetSuite ERP; the candidate should be able to analyze processes and suggest improvements, work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma.
Prior office manager experience in a branch or significant service/customer service background.
Experience in field service, distribution, or manufacturing a plus.
Demonstrated ERP experience, NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day office activities including safety, environmental, accounting and HR policy enforcement.
Assist Service Manager with customer support, quote creation, correspondence and follow-up.
Maintain customer information in NetSuite including quotes, inventory, POs and communications.
Communicate with customers to obtain POs and perform service invoicing functions.
Assist service department with customer correspondence and inspection reports issuance.
Coordinate inventory accounting and control processes, asset movements, and scrap accounting.
Serve as back-up to the Service Manager.
Coordinate field technicians’ schedules to address customer needs within region.
