Job summary

Kofile Technologies is seeking an Intake Technician in Dallas to manage project intake, input data into Excel and NetSuite, and support lab and production goals. You will help resolve workflow issues and promote safety and quality in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of data entry experience in a production setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift 25 lbs as needed. This full-time role includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience with data entry in a production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Input project details into electronic formats and create multi-page spreadsheets.
• Order products from vendors using data from spreadsheets.
• Manage hard media receipts, scans, file transfers, and listings.
• Support lab workflow and collaborate cross-functionally.
