Job summary

US Specialty Labs LP. seeks a Lab Operations Manager to lead NetSuite-based inventory and production workflows in a laboratory setting. The role focuses on improving stock accuracy, material availability and cost visibility while training staff on systems and processes.

The candidate will oversee BOMs, kit assembly, and work orders, coordinating with Quality, Finance and leadership to ensure compliant, efficient operations. Strong NetSuite Advanced BOM experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings.
• Ability to own inventory, purchasing workflows, and operational transactions in NetSuite.
• Strong coordination with Quality, Finance and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory supplies, reagents and collection-kit components in NetSuite.
• Serve as NetSuite operations SME for inventory, purchasing and assembly workflows.
• Maintain bills of materials and Advanced BOM records for kits and assemblies.
• Manage work orders and assembly transactions; confirm component availability.
• Oversee inventory counts, lot traceability and expiration controls.
• Develop NetSuite saved searches, reports and dashboards to monitor stockouts and costs.
