Kofile is seeking an Intake Technician - Production to oversee project intake, perform ERP: NetSuite assessments, and support day-to-day lab operations. You will input data, generate spreadsheets, and help ensure timely production.

The role focuses on data accuracy, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of data-entry experience in a production environment or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Minimum 50 wpm typing speed.
• Excellent communication and self-motivation.
• Strong operations management understanding and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manually input important project details into electronic formats, creating spreadsheets with large information.
• Use data spreadsheets to order products from vendors.
• Support lab workflow as directed by the Intake Supervisor.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with other departments and customers.
